All Sessions Are By Appointment Only
For a one hour massage, Jamie schedules 75 minutes per client (60 minutes table time and 15 minutes for getting on and off the table, payment, and rescheduling). She allows time to sit down with each client prior to the massage to check in on how their body is feeling and what their needs and expectations are for the session.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancelation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
No-showsAnyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
